User Roles

There are three user roles in Grafieks:

  1. Admin: The owner of the Grafieks Reporting server account, known as the Account Administrator, has full access to all available actions. This includes the creation of project folders, assigning licenses and managing users, managing subscriptions, etc. There can be only one administrator for an account.
  2. Content Admin: They can perform all actions like Account Administrator, except managing subscriptions. There can be multiple content admin in an account.
  3. User: They can create & edit reports, dashboards, workbooks, and data sources depending on ownership of the content and group permissions. They cannot manage users.
  4. Viewer: They can only view reports and dashboards that are shared with them. They can’t connect to data, create, edit, or publish data sources and workbooks.

Note: In current version of Grafieks, only the admin and owner of the content can edit the content.
