Projects are like folders to manage workbooks. Only the administrator has permission to create projects and assign a project leader to them.
📄️ Adding group to a project
Groups are a collection of users who have been given permission to access the content in the Grafieks Cloud.
📄️ Workbook in Grafieks Cloud
A workbook is a collection of Dashboards. It can be created or edited on the Grafieks Cloud and all the dashboards can be viewed or edited depending on the permissions provided to a user.
📄️ Adding group to a workbook
1. Open the Project that has the Workbook that you want to Add a Group to by clicking on the project name or by navigating to the workbook from the Menu.
📄️ Data Source
A Grafieks data source serves as the bridge between your original data and the Grafieks Cloud. It encompasses your data (whether in live or real-time connection), the connection details, table names, and any modifications you apply to the data to work with it effectively in Grafieks. These modifications can include combining datasets, renaming fields, or applying data type conversion to the metadata.

1. Click on the Menu on the upper left-hand side, just below the Grafieks logo.
