Subscription

Experience Grafieks with a 15-day free trial of our Standard Plan. To continue using Grafieks beyond the trial period, you have two options:

1. Upgrade to a paid Standard Plan to unlock all features, or
2. Switch to the Free Forever Plan, which provides basic functionality.

To get started, simply navigate to sign up for Grafieks account docs and follow the steps to get a Grafieks Account. Upon successful account creation, you'll receive an email with a link to the Grafieks Customer Portal where you can easily manage your subscription and add-ons.

Note: If you've signed up for a Grafieks account, you're automatically designated as the primary administrator for your organization. As the account admin, you'll have full control over billing operations, such as selecting a plan and customizing add-ons. Please note that only you will have access to the customer portal, ensuring the security of your organization's account information.

Subscribe to a paid plan

1. Log in to Grafieks Customer Portal with your email id.

• When you log in for the first time, you'll be asked to update your information.

2. Navigate to Subscription from the menu.
3. Click on Upgrade button.
4. The Standard plan will be the initial selection. Additional features can be acquired post-purchase*.
5. Proceed to payment

Note:

• *Add-ons (users and viewers) can be purchased from the customer portal after the Standard plan..
• Order processing of Grafieks is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Click on Paddle for more detail.
